GTP Proxy
GTP Proxy provides operators with visibility and control over roaming data traffic at the GPRS Tunnelling Protocol (GTP) level. GTP manages the tunnels that carry subscriber data between visited and home networks, but without monitoring, these sessions are not directly visible to the home operator.
The module monitors GTP session establishment, modification, and teardown in real time, enabling operators to observe usage, detect anomalies, and apply control policies based on session-level information. This includes identifying unusually long sessions, unexpected traffic patterns, or potential abuse.
Typical use cases include data roaming abuse detection, traffic management, and maintaining consistent visibility and control across the GTP boundary between partner networks.
