Entitlement Server
The Cellusys Entitlement Server manages the process of checking and granting device access to operator services that require explicit eligibility verification. Services such as VoWiFi (Wi-Fi Calling), VoLTE, eSIM provisioning, and RCS are only available to devices and SIMs that meet defined criteria — the Entitlement Server enforces these rules at scale.
When a device requests access to an entitled service, the server validates against subscription status, device capabilities, SIM properties, and operator policy. Valid entitlements are issued with appropriate configuration, while ineligible requests are cleanly rejected with informative responses that guide the device or user appropriately.
The platform integrates with HSS, HLR, BSS, and device management systems, enabling real-time entitlement decisions that reflect current subscription state. Operators configure entitlement rules through a management interface, with no vendor involvement needed for day-to-day policy changes.
Support for GSMA SGP.22 eSIM standards is included, enabling the Entitlement Server to play a central role in consumer and IoT eSIM workflows including profile download authorisation and LPA interactions.
